Eden Energy Medicine (EEM),which was developed by Donna Eden and utilizes a comprehensive set of techniques and protocols that work with nine energetic systems. These systems are: Aura, Meridians, Five Rhythms, Celtic Weave, Chakras, Grid, Radiant Circuits, Triple Warmer and Electrics. The goal of any EEM session is to support and balance the body's energies in order to bring more overall balance to the body. Balancing your energies balances your body's chemistry, regulates your hormones, helps you feel better, and helps you think better.

"Energy Medicine brings you vitality when you are drained, health when you are ill, and joy when you are down."

- Donna Eden

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being. It is routinely used in hospitals, nursing homes, and even by the army.

Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui that utilizes life-force energy to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes. This vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi.

Pranic Healing is a simple yet powerful & effective system of no-touch energy healing. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that is readily available from the sun, air and ground to address physical & emotional imbalances.

Access Bars is a relaxation tool that facilitates a different way of thinking about your life. The session consists of holding a number of points on the head to create relaxation and healing for the whole body and a renewed sense of self. It promotes relaxation and has the potential to change the way you react to situations in life. The idea is that your mind is like a computer and you have too much information stored. A bars session will clear out the extra information leaving you feeling clearer about your life.

Hatha Yoga

Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

The literal translation of the word “Namaste” breaks down into three sections...Nama means bow; as means I; and, te means you. Thus, I bow to you. The gesture is one of greeting in India. Most often we hold our hands together in the prayer position at our heart chakra. Often our hands move from our third eye to our heart in acknowledgment of our teacher. And usually Namaste is said at the end of a class, but it is equally appropriate to utter it at the beginning as well.
