I'm here to share what I’ve learned on my healing journey from practical to spiritual. I have been seasoned by life and I love to share the tools that helped me through my own life challenges. It brings me joy to help others succeed in every area of life. I love to help people find health and balance. Sometimes all that is needed is a little guidance and encouragement to try something new. I'm excited to work with individuals of all ages who want healing, health, and life guidance.

I am a certified Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner (EEM-CLP). I'm a Reiki Master, a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, and certified in Access Bars. I have a certification in Pranic Healing and in Pranic Psychotherapy as well as Chakra Balancing with Crystals and Tuning Forks. I'm a guide for the Gene Keys and an Add Heart facilitator through HeartMath. I'm also trained in Lift Qi Up Pour Qi down, a 20 minute QiGong practice.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology as well as a Masters degree in Higher and Post Secondary Education. I have 8 years of experience as an Academic Advisor and program coordinator at the university level and 20 years in the study of spirituality, healing, and enlightenment. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, starting at home and then expanding my practice to a studio to connect with others.

I offer Eden Energy Medicine, Energy Advising,Yoga Instruction, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Access Bars sessions. In-person and distance sessions are available, all except Access Bars which are in-person sessions only.
